Join us?

We are always keen to talk to people who are interested in working with us.

Whatever the role at Kaleidoscope, we have three core requirements:

  • First and above all, you’re kind – life is too short to work with people who aren’t.
  • Second, it’s important that you like working somewhere that does things differently.
  • Third, you relish autonomy, large amounts of responsibility regardless of salary bracket, and honest feedback.

Current vacancies

We don’t have any vacancies at the moment but please do sign up to our newsletter to hear about any new roles.

Kaleidoscope salaries

Kaleidoscope’s highest salary cannot exceed four times its lowest salary.

People at Kaleidoscope ‘own’ their salary. When they join, a Kaleidoscoper is made a salary offer based on their skills and experience. That salary is transparent within the organisation. They must seek advice from others but the decision about how much they should be paid is theirs.

Commitment to diversity

We are committed to creating a company that ensures a diversity of voices in all parts of our work.We particularly encourage applications from groups that are currently underrepresented at Kaleidoscope, including people from ethnic minority groups, disabled people, and people with gender diverse identities.

We have flexible working policies and would be happy to discuss flexible working requirements with any candidates.

If all this sounds like a good fit for you, email hello@kaleidoscope.healthcare with a short note explaining why you’re interested in Kaleidoscope and what you would bring.

Keep up-to-date with the latest Kaleidoscope opportunities by signing up to our newsletter or following us on Twitter and LinkedIn.
