Abigail White

Prior to joining Kaleidoscope, Abi worked in leadership and operational roles for a number of learning disability charities, most recently at Croydon Mencap.

During this time, she gained experience in creating and delivering services, implementing new systems to enable colleagues to give their best at work and generally helped to make workplaces more effective, inclusive and supportive.

Abi developed an interest in new ways of working, recognising that traditional management styles hold us back and stop us from building trust and getting the best out of each other. She’s looking forward to improving experiences at Kaleidoscope.

Outside of work, Abi enjoys ‘running’, yoga, comedy nights and borrowing her friends’ dogs until she can get her own.
