Ally Osterberg

Ally’s work at Kaleidoscope includes strategy, organisational development and network and collaborations. She brings experience in research, community engagement and a bias towards action.

Before joining Kaleidoscope, Ally completed her BA in Leadership Studies in the US and her MSc in Latin American Studies at the University of Oxford. Her research focused on historic food insecurity and malnutrition in Central America, inspiring her to pursue a career in the world of health and care.

Ally is passionate about bringing people and organisations together to champion social determinants of health while engaging with the communities impacted most.

Ally enjoys a good comedy show, a long hike, a weekend getaway and playing mixologist for her friends.
