David Jones

David has 25 years’ experience working with leaders, staff and users of health and care services. He specialises in developing leadership and activism in people, networks and communities to address complex challenges.

With a focus on our organisation development service, David works with senior health and care leaders and agents of change to create the conditions for high performing, joyful teams, organisations and system collaborations.

When not at Kaleidoscope, David is a coach, supporting a wide range of people to create progress in whatever is important to them. He also coaches primary care colleagues through the Looking after Your Career programme.

Before joining Kaleidoscope, David led the development and delivery of Schwartz Rounds (a whole organisation reflective practice for staff in health and care) for the UK and Ireland. Before that he was Assistant Director of Policy, Care and Improvement at Diabetes UK.

When not working, David loves being on one of too many bikes, kicking a ball about (or watching others do it), live comedy, music and making things from wood in the Shed of Destiny. He sounds very Scottish for a north Londoner.
