David Laszlo
David has been a health and social care consultant for more than 20 years. He has particularly focused on strategies for integration, looking at the ‘ties that bind’ the system – data, finance, clinical and population risk – and how these ‘hard’ factors interact with culture to create good strategy.
One of the things he loves about Kaleidoscope is the endlessly creative conversations we have with clients. They lead to innovative ways of solving familiar challenges, so our methodology is constantly evolving and growing.
David leads on capturing all of that creative energy, so our best approaches are available to everyone we work with.
He is also very involved in making sure that our use of Teal principles keeps pace with our growing business, so that we don’t become a bureaucracy by stealth.
When not at work, David worries about his children and the future of the Church of England.
