George Dellal

George is an expert in learning network design and support. His background is in healthcare improvement, innovation and consulting.

Before joining Kaleidoscope he spent eight years as a Senior Quality Improvement Consultant at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, working on the design, and implementation of several learning networks.

He has also worked with diverse stakeholders to design and develop chronic disease networks for diabetes, cystic fibrosis, inflammatory bowel disease and other conditions. This included the award winning ImproveCareNow network, acclaimed as one of the world’s leading improvement networks.

George holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. He has co-authored several academic articles on network theory and application and presented them at international healthcare conferences. He has led numerous quality improvement training workshops and coached hundreds of healthcare teams to reach their goals.

George’s passion is in fostering environments where sharing is easy, people are motivated and good ideas can take flight.

In his spare time George likes to try and squeeze in a jog or some yoga, but most often he can be found chasing his three young children.
