Making change happen within long term conditions
We partnered with AbbVie to design and deliver a series of digital and face-to-face events.
The challenge
Following a successful pilot programme with AbbVie exploring how to make change happen in health and care, this series focused particularly on long term conditions. We were tasked with bringing together a broad range of voices across health and care to contribute to discussions. Work around change management is often criticised as being too high level, and to overcome this we aimed to focus on practical examples of change and what can be learned from them.
Our approach
Kaleidoscope designed, delivered and facilitated a series of three webinars, three lunchtime events and a half-day learning event. This included creating web pages and social media content to support the event series and producing a comprehensive pack of learning gained throughout the series.
Results
The events attracted more than 100 people working in a broad range of roles across the health and care sector; 93% of face-to-face attendees said they would recommend the events to a colleague.
It was a pleasure working with Kaleidoscope. Their webinar set-up meant we heard from expert speakers across the world, and their unique style of facilitation unearthed new insights into the field of long-term conditions.
